Тенденции и приоритеты инновационного развития промышленности Республики Беларусь

Abstract

Одним из ключевых факторов сохранения и роста конкурентоспособности национальной экономики в условиях цифровизации и становления Индустрии 4.0 является модернизация промышленного комплекса с переходом к более высокотехнологичным формам организации производства. Осуществление этих преобразований означает рост инновационной активности, который соответственно является неотъемлемым атрибутом эффективного развития промышленных предприятий в современных условиях хозяйствования. В статье представлены результаты исследования тенденций и приоритетов инновационного развития национального промышленного комплекса: проанализирована динамика основных показателей инновационной деятельности промышленных предприятий Республики Беларусь за 2016-2019 гг.; осуществлена оценка достижения целевых параметров Государственной программы инновационного развития на 2016-2020 гг.; представлены результаты международных сравнений по отдельным показателям; выявлены текущие структурные приоритеты и обоснованы направления совершенствования и активизации инновационного развития промышленного комплекса Республики Беларусь.

One of the key factors in maintaining and increasing the competitiveness of the national economy in the context of digitalization and the formation of Industry 4.0 is the modernization of industry with the transition to more high-tech forms of production organization. These transformations means the growth of innovation activity, which, accordingly, is an essential attribute of the effective development of industrial enterprises in modern economic conditions. The paper presents the results of a study of trends and priorities of innovation development of the national industry: analyzed the dynamics of the main indicators of innovation activity of industrial enterprises of the Republic of Belarus for 2016-2019; carried out the assessment of the achievement of the target parameters of the National Program for Innovative Development for 2016-2020; presents the results of international comparisons for selected indicators; revealed the current structural priorities and substantiated the directions of improvement and activation of innovation development of the national industry of the Republic of Belarus.
