Выявление ценового сговора производителей на товарных рынках Беларуси: теория на практике

Abstract

The paper provides testing of the opearing methodological base of the Belarus antimonopoly lawexemplified by home markets of wood-processing products, which is presumed to determine the basic trends of its improvement with the purpose of revealing, restraining and preventing any price collusion of manufactureres. The causes of insufficient effectiveness of the current methodological base of the antimonopoly law of Belarus in disclosing and preventing manufacturers’ agreements and concerted actions on pricing are established, and trends of its perfection are presented.
