dc.description.abstract	We analyze the target mass correction to the structure functions of the deep-inelastic scattering by using Solovtsov's approach. According this approach the structure functions contain a dependence on a target mass and are in the consent with the spectral property. We demonstrate, that target mass corrections to structure functions calculated by using the new method noticeably differ that the traditional Georgi-Politzer method gives as well as from the Steffens-Melnitchouk approach.	ru_RU
