Вопросы государственного строительства Великого княжества Литовского в постановлениях вальных сеймов 60-х гг. XVI в.

Abstract

Задачей работы было проследить, как на широком фоне исторических событий вершилась внутригосударственная политика шляхты ВКЛ. Это может дать ответы на существующие вопросы по данной теме и определить динамику дальнейшего исследования. Наличие сравнительно богатой исторической документации по ряду направлений исследования дает возможность более детально вникнуть в общее содержание эпохи в период становления и развития ВКЛ. Нами рассмотрены актуальные вопросы, связанные с развитием сословно-представительной системы, и обозначен круг проблем, обсуждаемых сенаторами на вальных сеймах. Это свидетельствует о том, что во второй половине XVI в. шляхта ВКЛ уже активно борется за свои права, вольности и привилегии, что определило дальнейшую судьбу этого феодального государства.

The main track of this to follow how on the wide background of historical events the gentry’s interior politics in the Grand Duchy of Lithuanian was created. It can give the answers to the existing questions of this theme and determine the dynamics of the further research. The presence of the comparatively rich historical documentation in a number of directions of investigations gives us the possibility to understand in details the general contents of the epoch in the period of formation and development of the Grand Duchy of Lithuanian. Author examined the actual questions linked with the development of the gentry-representative system and marked the problems debated by senators of on the Valni (General) Sejms. This testifies to the fact that in the second half of the XVI century the gentry of the Grand Duchy of Lithuanian is an active fighter for its rights, for freedoms and privileges, this phenomenon determined the further destiny of this feudal state.
