Совершенствование конструкций вагонов с учетом взаимодействия с перевозимыми грузами

Abstract

Предлагается алгоритм совершенствования конструкций вагонов с учетом взаимодействия с перевозимыми грузами. Приведена его реализация применительно к совершенствованию элементов конструкций вагонов для перевозки наливных грузов.

The algorithm of improving car design taking into account interaction with transported goods especially liquid and bulky is proposed. The realisation of this algorithm relating to improving design of cars for transporting liquid goods is presented as well as methods enabling to determine hydrodynamics loading of tank and its stress-deformated state taking into account interaction with transported goods. The method of finite elements was applied when modelling interaction at liquid - metal structure of tank system for solving equations of Navier - Stocks, continuity (applied with modelling hydrodynamics of liquid goods) and dynamics of elastic structure of carbody. Conducted researches provided a base for elaborating some technical solutions on improving design of tank car; their novelty and usability have been confirmed by patents.
