dc.description.abstract | Indomethacin, a widely used nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exhibits unique fluorescence properties that can be leveraged for conformational analysis in different pharmaceutical formulations. This study investigates the fluorescence characteristics of indomethacin in various preparations, including tablets, suspensions, and gels. By employing fluorescence spectroscopy, we analyze the conformational changes of indomethacin in response to different excipients and environmental conditions. | ru_RU |
