| dc.description.abstract | The basic regulations of the Republic of Belarus on forest management and silviculture are presented. Data on volumes of forest exploitation from 1000 to 2010 are analised. The difference between the actual forest and official statistics is remarked. The improvement of dividing of forest land into groups and categories was proposed. An improved method of establishing of the annual allowable cut for the final felling is provided. It is demonstrated that the Belarusian model of forestry sector ensured sustainable development of forest sector and prevents unauthorized forestry. | ru_RU |
