dc.description.abstract | Using the methods of stationary and kinetic spectrofluorometry, confirmation of the incorporation of a water-soluble tricarbocyanine dye molecule into the DNA structure was obtained. Since the primary photochemical processes are realized in the immediate environment of the photosensitizer, it was concluded that the DNA molecule could act as a primary target during photodynamic action. | ru_RU |
