Abstract

Надежность работы деревянных шпал является одним из проблемных вопросов путевого хозяйства, особенно на фоне увеличения доли бесстыкового железнодорожного пути на железобетонных шпалах. Комплексный подход позволяет оценить факторы, влияющие на надежность работы деревянных шпал, как систему показателей обеспечения безопасности движения поездов, а также определить проблемы для дальнейшего изучения работы деревянной шпалы как элемента, оказывающего непосредственное влияние на геометрическое положение рельсовой колеи. Методами комплексной оценки являются изучение информации о состоянии шпального хозяйства; анализ существующих проблем и поиск методов их решения; анализ нормативно-технических требований к содержанию рельсовой колеи; исследование влияния конструкции пути на надежность его работы с учетом напряжений, вызываемых от подвижного состава; выявление факторов, влияющих на надежность эксплуатации пути с деревянными шпалами. Комплексный подход помогает выявить наиболее влияющие на техническое состояние рельсовой колеи факторы и определить поиск направлений, которые позволяют повысить надежность работы рельсовой колеи, сделать выводы по прогнозированию и перспективам применения деревянных шпал, а также предложить план дальнейших исследований технического состояния рельсовой колеи для обеспечения ее надежной геометрии.

The reliability of wooden sleepers is one of the problematic issues of track facilities, especially against the background of an increase in the share of seamless railway track on reinforced concrete sleepers. An integrated approach makes it possible to evaluate the factors affecting the reliability of the operation of wooden sleepers as a system of indicators for ensuring the safety of train traffic, as well as to identify problems for further study of the operation of a wooden sleeper as an element that directly affects the geometric position of the rail gauge. The methods of integrated assessment are the study of information on the state of the sleeper facilities, the analysis of existing problems and the search for methods for solving these problems, the analysis of regulatory and technical requirements for the maintenance of the railway track, the study of the influence of the track design on the reliability of its operation, taking into account the stresses caused by the rolling stock. composition, identification of factors affecting the reliability of operation of the track with wooden sleepers. An integrated approach made it possible to identify the most influencing factors on the technical condition of the rail gauge and determine the search for areas that would improve the reliability of the rail gauge, draw conclusions on the forecasting and prospects for the use of wooden sleepers, and also propose a plan for further research of the technical condition of the rail gauge to ensure its reliable geometry.
