Abstract

The Integrated agroindustrial formations represent system at which interaction of elements it should be shown synergy effect. At the integrated subjects of managing it is expressed in reception of side benefits which can be shown in a profit and profitability gain. The given indicators became the basic elements, the developed technique quantitative and quality standard synergy effect. The technique allows to reveal expediency of creation and the further existence of the integrated system, to estimate benefit which each participant of the integrated formation from joint functioning has. Calculations by definition synergy effect from joint industrial activity in the integrated agroindustrial formations of the Gomel area have allowed to prove objectivity of the developed technique.
