dc.description.abstract	A mass function of the light quarks, which combines the concepts of constituent and current quark masses, is applied to derive the constant of the я -meson decay. Boundary conditions for a regime change parameter, at which an essential nonper- turbatve behavior of the mass function starts to transform to the perturbative evolution law, have been obtained. It has been shown that the value of this parameter is close to the p-meson mass
