Термический анализ антифрикционных композиций на основе полиамида 6

Abstract

Thermal processes occurring during heating in polyamide {PA6) and low-density polyethylene (LDPK) powders as well as their blends with other components and their effect on the properties of final materials and coatings have been studied. It is shown that during production of composite materials and coatings from polymer powder blends the components of these blends enter in interactions and lead to changes of properties of the initial ingredients. The interactions of the components with each other and with the environment can be controlled by using of modifying additives. The behavior of the processes and their intensity can be studied proceeding from thermograms of thermal effects in the samples using thermal analysis.
