The article substantiates both use of a novel single-spinneret head (nozzle diameter: 1 mm) with concentric vortex air flow for the aerodynamic forming of thin-walled fibrous-porous systems has been scientifically and experimentally substantiated. The study investigated the influence of manipulator kinematic parameters (axial movement and rotation speeds) and atomizing air pressure on the topology, fiber polydispersity, and ring stiffness of the resulting thin-walled tubular products (length – 800 mm; diameter – 70 mm). It was established that the straight-flow channel of the single-spinneret nozzle ensures stable processing of viscous polymer feedstock at extremely low extrusion pressures (0.1–0.5 atm) and eliminates the risk of clogging when dispersed fillers are introduced. An optimal kinematic forming criterion was determined: the ratio of the mandrel's linear movement speed to its rotational speed should fall within the range of 0.5–1.25 to 2. Deviating from this balance leads to macro-defects (such as “thread cutting”, local melting, and centrifugal mass shedding). The feasibility of producing isotropic structures with a total porosity of 60–80 % and fiber diameters of 150–350 μm was experimentally confirmed. Relationships were established for the first time between the single-nozzle vortex air pressure, the dispersion of the resulting macro-fibers, and the bell-shaped dependency of the porous framework's ring stiffness.
