Перспективы использования цифровых технологий в управлении развитием промышленных организаций

Abstract

В статье представлены результаты исследования перспектив использования цифровых технологий в управлении развитием промышленных организаций. Установлено, что цифровая трансформация промышленных организаций позволяет не только оптимизировать бизнес-процессы, но и сформировать постоянно развивающиеся гибкие системы, способные к непрерывной адаптации, функционирование которых основано на использовании технологий работы с большими данными, искусственного интеллекта, промышленного интернета вещей. Определено, что успех цифровой трансформации сопряжен как с возможностью инвестирования в развитие материально-технической, технологической базы, так и с совершенствованием структуры организации и формированием соответствующей организационной культуры.

The article presents the results of a study of the prospects for the use of digital technologies in the management of the development of industrial organizations. It has been established that the digital transformation of industrial organizations allows not only to optimize business processes, but also to form constantly evolving flexible systems capable of continuous adaptation, the functioning of which is based on the use of big data technologies, artificial intelligence, and the industrial Internet of things. It has been determined that the success of digital transformation is associated both with the possibility of investing in the development of the material, technical, technological base, as well as with improving the structure of the organization and the formation of an appropriate organizational culture.
