Методика расчета группы свай-РИТ по деформациям в нелинейно-деформируемом грунтовом основании

Abstract

В современном мире строительная отрасль играет особую роль. Существенным фактором является стоимость возводимого здания. При строительстве здания или сооружения стоимость фундамента возводимого здания может достигать третьей части от стоимости всего здания, поэтому рациональное устройство фундамента играет важную роль. В статье предложена оригинальная методика расчета для определения осадки любой сваи-РИТ в произвольной группе свай-РИТ, которая учитывает нелинейность деформирования грунтового основания и его уплотнение вследствие устройства свай-РИТ, что ведет к удешевлению стоимости возводимого здания.

In the modern world, the construction industry plays a special role. A significant factor is the cost of the build- ing being built. During the construction of a building or structure, the cost of the foundation of the building under construction can reach a third of the cost of the entire building, so the rational arrangement of the foundation plays an important role. The article proposes an original calculation method for determining the settlement of any RIT-piles in an arbitrary group of RIT-piles, which takes into account the nonlinearity of deformation of the soil base and its compaction due to the arrangement of RIT-piles, which leadsto a cheaper cost of the built building.
