Социальные статика и динамика в развитии белорусского общества: опыт социологического исследования

Abstract

The system of the public relations in Belarus is dynamic and still developing. The modern model of a Belarusian statehood is not formed from scratch, it is based on value and oriented components - traditions, customs and prejudices. The Belarusian model of the public relations masters also the best, the universal standards which are already checked by experience in other countries, first of all legal. Results of the analysis of changes of worldview algorithms are presented in article. These changes happen in public consciousness, basic and tool values, readiness for preservation, or gradual or radical modernization of the structure of the public relations. The research was conducted on the basis of sociological laboratory of Pavel Sukhoi Gomel State Technical University among the residents of the Gomel region. Results of the research show that in the case of violation of the political or economic rights, the population of the Gomel region will apply protest measures of mainly constructive and civilized character.
