Рассмотрение процесса образования и исследование свойств асфальтосмолопарафиновых отложений

Abstract

Рассмотрены физико-химические свойства и состав асфальтосмолопарафиновых отложений (АСПО) разгазированной нефти из скважин по пяти залежам нефтяных месторождений Республики Беларусь с целью оценки возможности подбора эффективных способов борьбы с отложениями АСПО на оборудовании. Выполнена дифференциация нефтей на типы по процентному содержанию в добываемой нефти асфальтенов, смол и парафина, выявлена зависимость плотности и температуры плавления АСПО от типа нефтей, изучены процесс и условия образования исследуемых отложений на глубинном оборудовании, а также, исходя из исследования, предлагаются рациональные и экономически эффективные способы борьбы с АСПО. Результаты исследований будут способствовать ускоренной ориентации специали­стов при выборе конкретного вида борьбы с АСПО для различных условий эксплуата­ции, а также выступать в качестве материала для изучения процесса и условий форми­рования отложений.

Physical-chemical properties and the composition of asphalt resin paraffin deposits (ARPD) of degassed oil from the oil wells at five oil deposits of oil fields of the Republic of Belarus are considered with the purpose of evaluating the possibilities of selecting efficient methods of controlling ARPD on the equipment. Categorizing of oil into types by percentage of asphaltenes, resins and paraffin in the oil extracted is carried out, the dependence of density and melting temperature of ARPD on the type of oil is determined, the process and the conditions of the formation of deposits under study on downhole equipment are studied, and also based on this study efficient and cost bene­ficial methods of controlling ARPD are proposed. The results of the study will contribute to faster orientation of specialists when they choose certain type of ARPD control method for different operating conditions and can also be used as the material for studying the process and the conditions of the deposits formation.
