Проблемы исследования историографии шляхты и сословно-представительных органов власти в период становления и развития Великого княжества Литовского до Люблинской унии 1569 года

Abstract

Рассматриваются существующие в отечественной исторической науке различные концепции и точки зрения о развитии феодализма на белорусских землях в период становления и развития Великого княжества Литовского в XV - XVI века. Научный интерес к истории развития сословия шляхты ВКЛ проявили ученые еще в конце XIX века. Благодаря целой плеяде видных российских, а затем советских медиевистов появились фундаментальные труды, посвященные развитию сословно-представительной системы власти, финансов, организации вооруженных сил страны, становлению правовых норм, административным и аграрным мероприятиям и др. Опираясь на современные методы научного исследования, авторы работ воскресили эпизоды исторических событий. Они сумели удачно подобрать материал источников по разным аспектам истории, что делает каждую работу эмоциональной по содержанию и ясной по смыслу. В трудах присутствует стремление авторов к самостоятельному решению сложных вопросов истории.

Various conceptions and points of view (which exist in domestic historical studies) on the feudalism development in the Byelorussian lands in the period of foundation and development of the Great Lithuanian Principality in the 15 - 16 centuries are stated in the given research. The scientific interest to the history of gentry’s development in the Great Lithuanian Principality was revealed by the scientists at the end of the 19 century. Thanks to the great group of well-known Russian and then soviet mediaevalists fundamental works devoted to the estate representative authoritative system, finances, armed forces of the country appeared (development of the juridical norms, administrative, agricultural activities, etc). The authors armed with the sophisticated methods of the scientific investigation made very attractive works in which they skillfully revived the episodes of the historical events. They managed to select successfully the material sources of various aspects in history. This phenomenon makes each work emotional by content and clear by sense. These works reveal the aspiration of their authors for the independent solution of the complicated problems in the history.
