Представлены результаты анализа имеющихся подходов к формированию и функционированию системы обеспечения экономической безопасности промышленной организации, на основании которых сформирована соответствующая авторская концепция, детерминирующая принципы, цель, задачи построения и функционирования эффективной системы обеспечения экономической безопасности промышленной организации, состав ее основных подсистем. Новизна разработанного подхода заключается в определении взаимосвязи целей и задач функционирования системы обеспечения экономической безопасности с целями и задачами деятельности промышленной организации, элементного и функционального содержания системы обеспечения экономической безопасности, отражающего отраслевую (производственную) специфику деятельности организации, принципов построения и функционирования данной системы, детерминирующих максимизацию уровня экономической безопасности организации. Практическая значимость полученных результатов определяется возможностью их использования в качестве методологической базы для разработки инструментария оценки экономической безопасности промышленной организации и мероприятий, направленных на повышение ее уровня. Author presented the results of the analysis of the existing approaches to the formation and functioning of the system for ensuring economic security of an industrial organization, on the basis of which the corresponding author's concept was formed, determining the principles, purpose, tasks of building and functioning an effective system for ensuring economic security of an industrial organization, the composition of its main subsystems. The novelty of the developed approach consists in determining the relationship of the goals and objectives of the functioning of the system for ensuring economic security with the goals and objectives of the activities of an industrial organization, the elemental and functional content of the system for ensuring economic security, reflecting the industry (production) specifics of the organization's activities, the principles of building and functioning of this system, determining the maximization of the level of economic security of the organization. Предложена методика определения направлений перспективной специализации региона, включающая количественную оценку вклада различных ВЭД в экономический рост региона и его конкурентных преимуществ в данных ВЭД на основе анализа структурных сдвигов, расчета коэффициента локализации, скорректированного с учетом коэффициента душевого производства. По результатам апробации методики определены ВЭД перспективной специализации Гомельской области. Установлен перечень технологических компетенций, развитие которых будет способствовать росту конкурентных преимуществ ВЭД перспективной специализации в рассматриваемом регионе. The article proposes a methodology for determining the directions of prospective specialization of the region, which includes a quantitative assessment of the contribution of various FEAs to the economic growth of the region and its competitive advantages in the FEA data based on the analysis of structural shifts, the calculation of the localization coefficient adjusted taking into account the coefficient of shower production. Based on the results of the methodology testing, FEA of promising specialization of the Gomel region was determined. В. Показано, что теория устойчивого природопользования и устойчивого лесопользования является научной и методической основой для управления лесами и лесным хозяйством Беларуси. Приведена история развития данных понятий. Рассмотрено их современное состояние. Представлены предложения по совершенствованию ведения лесного хозяйства, среди которых основным является повышение запасов лесных насаждений и их средних приростов. Установлено, что леса оказывают наиболее значимое влияние на процесс предотвращения климатических изменений за счет большого объема поглощенного диоксида углерода. Отмечено, что требуется существенное увеличение денежных поступлений от лесной ренты, в том числе экологической, для обеспечения ведения лесохозяйственного производства. Проанализированы роль и значение лесов Беларуси в сохранении и усилении экологического состояния страны и соседних государств, а также перечислены мероприятия, направленные на усиление этой роли. The article shows that the theory of sustainable use of natural resources and sustainable forest management is the scientific and methodological basis for the management of forests and forestry in Belarus. The author shows history of the development of these concepts and consideres their current state. The author presents proposals for improving forestry, among which the main one is an increase in the reserves of forest plantations and their average growth. It has been found that forests have the most significant influence on the process of preventing climate change due to the large volume of absorbed carbon dioxide. It is noted that a significant increase in cash revenues from forest rent, including environmental, is required to ensure forestry production. И. Петришин, Г. В. Злотников, И. И. Установлено, что микродуговое оксидирование алюминиевой фольги позволяет целенаправленно изменять топографию и физико-химические свойства ее поверхности. Обработку фольги проводили в щелочно-силикатном электролите, модифицированном бихроматом калия с использованием переменного тока. В результате обработки адгезионная прочность соединения алюминия с термопластичными полимерами повышается до 40 % по сравнению с чистым алюминием. Это может значительно расширить области применения алюминия и его сплавов для изготовления фольгированных диэлектриков различного назначения. It has been found that micro-arc oxidation of aluminum foil allows purposefully changing the topography and physicochemical properties of its surface. The foil was treated in an alkaline silicate electrolyte modified with potassium bichromate using AC. As a result of the treatment, the adhesion strength of aluminum to thermoplastic polymers is increased to 40% compared to pure aluminum. Проведено комплексное исследование влияния параметров печати методом послойного нанесения расплавленной нити полимера (FDM) на механические свойства изделий из термопластика PLA. Установлены общие закономерности влияния температуры сопла, скорости и ориентации печати на изменение предела прочности при растяжении, предела текучести и модуля упругости образцов. Выявлены отличительные особенности FDM печати при различной ориентации слоев, позволяющие выяснить, что образцы, напечатанные в ориентации y, демонстрируют лучшие механические свойства, чем образцы, напечатанные в ориентации по осям x, z и 45 градусов. Это позволило определить оптимальные режимы для направленного регулирования физико-механических свойств, обеспечивающих получение изделий с повышенным эксплуатационным ресурсом. Authors present a comprehensive study of the effect of printing parameters by layer-by-layer application of molten polymer filament (FDM) on the mechanical properties of PLA thermoplastic products. General regularities of influence of nozzle temperature, printing speed and orientation on change of tensile strength, yield strength and modulus of elasticity of samples are established. The distinguishing features of FDM printing at different layer orientations have been identified to determine that samples printed in the Y orientation exhibit better mechanical properties than samples printed in the X, Z and 45 degree orientations. На основе экспериментальных данных и численного моделирования аэродинамики технологического тракта выполнен подбор оптимальных параметров системы очистки. Все это позволило создать в самоходном зерноуборочном комбайне технологический тракт с улучшенными показателями производительности и энергоемкости. The article presents an analysis of the cleaning system of the self-propelled combine harvester. It considers the impact of the process path and its design features on the formation of the process stream. On the basis of experimental data and numerical modeling of aerodynamics of the process path, selection of optimal parameters of the cleaning system is performed. Mathematical models have been developed to establish the relationship between the parameters of the location of replaceable knives of the grinding drum of the forage harvester and the parameters of the cutting edges of the grinding apparatus. The authors studied the influence of the location of the blades of the grinding drum of the forage harvester on their performance.
