It is established that micro arc oxidation of aluminum allows purposefully changing the topography and physicochemical properties of the surface. Processing of aluminum samples was carried out in an alkaline silicate electrolyte modified with potassium dichromate using alternating current. As a result of processing, the adhesive strength of the connection of aluminum with thermoplastic polymers increases up to 40%. This can significantly expand the scope of application of aluminum and its alloys for the manufacture of composite panels, foil dielectrics, aluminum-polymer pipes and other multilayer metal-polymer structures.</dc:description>

<dc:description>Owing to variations in the size, shape, moving speed, and direction of different workpieces, robotic
arm vision systems exhibit insufficient capability in identifying feature points across diverse workpieces, resulting in limited flexibility of visual recognition. To address this issue, this study focuses
on feature matching methods for multi-workpiece identification, introducing a feature point matching
algorithm into the visual module. Specifically,A multi-workpiece recognition feature matching
method based on the improved Speeded Up Robust Features (SURF) algorithm is proposed. The
method incorporates the extraction of salient regions to reduce the number of mismatched points and
adopts the principal component analysis (PCA) dimensionality reduction principle to reduce the dimension of feature point description vectors, thereby shortening the matching time. Furthermore, comparative experiments were conducted against the traditional SURF algorithm. Experimental results
demonstrate that, compared to the traditional algorithm, the improved SURF algorithm enhances
recognition accuracy by over 95% and improves matching speed by nearly 50%, contributing to the
further optimization of the SURF algorithm’s matching performance. Workpiece recognition experiments were conducted using a KUKA robotic arm for validation, which also confirms that the proposed improved SURF algorithm can meet the requirements of workpiece recognition in practical
working environments.</dc:description>

Chemical reactions carried out while being kept away from equilibrium can exhibit "unnatural" behavior. The most fascinating nontrivial phenomena of this kind are the stationary oscillations of a reaction. These oscillations can be quasiperiodic or even periodic and are sometimes accompanied by forming spatial structures, namely, the so-called Liesegang structures. Unlike the dissipative patterns in self-organizing media, these structures are quite stable thus providing multiple potential applications in engineering. There exists a misleading conviction that reactions can be kept away from equilibrium only by a constant feed of fresh reactants, that is, equilibriumless reactions are possible only in open systems. We deal with closed chemical systems. The paper presents a thermodynamic analysis of chemical systems i) with blurred equilibrium (asymptotic regime of the reaction) and ii) with split equilibrium (oscillatory regime of the reaction). Criteria for reproducible realization of these two regimes are determined with special attention paid to the conditions for arising free concentrational oscillations at a homogeneous homophasic reaction and for stationary propagation of spatial waves of a heterogeneous homophasic reaction.</dc:description>

Thermodynamic prerequisites for circumventing equilibrium in homogeneous chemical systems are revealed. Conditions for equilibriumless running of homophase reactions are determined for the following cases: auto-oscillatory cryopolymerization, asymptotical thermokinetics of cryochemical reactions, cyclic reactions, rhythmic sedimentation in gels, inductionally conjugate reactions.</dc:description>
