С. Федорович, С. А. Липская, В. К. В настоящее время своевременную и качественную уборку невозможно представить без надежных производительных зерноуборочных комбайнов. Учитывая это, в последние десятилетия в Республике Беларусь отмечалось стремительное развитие сельскохо-зяйственного машиностроения, что позволило практически в полной мере обеспечивать необходимой техникой агропромышленный комплекс страны, а также значительную часть машин реализовывать за рубежом. В научной статье отражены основные модели зерноуборочных комбайнов, выпускаемых ОАО «Гомсельмаш», а также технические характеристики машины, выступающей массовой белорусской как для Республики Беларусь, так и для основного потребителя – Российской Федерации. В 2014–2016 гг. была проведена ее глубокая модернизация, в результате чего в 2016 г. на серию поставлен комбайн КЗС-1218А-1. В статье представлены основные изменения, внесенные в его конструкцию по сравнению с КЗС-1218, позволившие повысить технический уровень массового белорусского зерноуборочного комбайна, сделав его еще более привлекательным для потребителей и конкурентоспособным на основных рынках сбыта. Nowadays it is impossible to imagine up-to-date and high quality harvesting without reliable and efficient grain harvesters. In view of this in the last decades a rapid development of agricultural machine building has been observed in the Republic of Belarus. This enabled to supply practically in full the agro-industrial complex of the country with the necessary machinery and also to sell a considerable part of machinery abroad. The main models of the grain harvesters produced by JSC “Gomselmash” are presented in the paper as well as the main specifications of the machine are given which is regarded as the mass produced Belarusian model for the Republic of Belarus as well as for the main customer i.e. the Russian Federation. During the period of 2014–2016 its profound modernization had been carried which resulted in launching a series production of KZS-1218A-1 harvester. A comparative analysis of the level of self-provision with essential foods of the countries of Eurasian Economic Union is carried. Risk factors in the agrarian sphere and potential threats for the food security are revealed. The significance of production and financial agrarian risks for the purposes of producing necessary quantity of agricultural raw materials and food in the Republic of Belarus is justified. The author’s methodic approach to the retrospective evaluation of the efficiency of integration of industrial enterprises in the Republic of Belarus is presented in the paper, taking into account specific features of providing economic activity in the present-day conditions of national economy and also the results of its testing based on the data of Gomselmash Holding. В. Рассмотрены институциональные аспекты организационных форм экономики лесного сектора Беларуси. Выделены атрибутивный и поведенческий уровни институциональных преобразований. Выдвигается идея о необходимости выбора организационных форм доверия между партнерами и развитости социальной сети. На основе зарубежного опыта в качестве экономических феноменов интерпретируются сферы технологий, инноваций и коммерции (маркетинга, логистики), позволяющие координировать лесопользование рыночным способом, инициировать инновационное предпринимательство. В целях осуществления инновационного поворота в экономике обоснована наполняемость лесного сектора экономическими институтами: управления эндогенными (между лесным хозяйством и лесной промышленностью) трансакциями, аналитических, информационно-сетевых коммуникаций. The institutional aspects of organizational forms of the economy of Belarus forest based sector are considered. The attributive and behavioral levels of institutional transformations are singled out. The idea of the necessity of selecting organizational forms of confidence between the partners and the development level of social network is advanced. Based on foreign experience the spheres of technologies, innovation and commerce (marketing, logistics) are inter­preted as economic phenomena enabling to coordinate forest management by the market method, initiate innovation entrepreneurship. Т. Комнатный, Д. В. Комракова, Е. В. Разработан метод расчета зарядов, индуцированных на тонком стержне и сферическом экране системы молниезащиты во время лидерной стадии развития разряда молнии. Расчет произведен путем постановки краевой задачи расчета электростатического поля и ее решения методом теорем сложения. Для вычисления наведенных электрических зарядов получена совокупность интегрального уравнения первого рода и бесконечной системы алгебраических уравнений. Она была решена методами последовательных приближений и саморегуляризации. Результаты расчетов показывают, что решение системы соответствует физическим соображениям о распределении заряда. Метод теорем сложения может найти широкое применение для решения задач молниезащиты. The method of calculation of the charges induced on a thin rod and a spherical shield of the system of lighting protection system during the leader stage of the lighting discharge development is developed. The calculation is provided by the formulation of a boundary problem of the calculation of electrostatic field and its solution by the methods of addition theorems. For the calculation of induced electric charges a totality of an integral equation of the first kind and an infinite system of algebraic equations is obtained. It is solved by the methods of progressive approximations and self-regularization. The results of the calculation show that the solution of the system conforms with physical considerations about the charge distribution. В институте БелНИПИнефть проводились лабораторные испытания кернового материала различных месторождений Припятского прогиба на предмет влияния деформационных процессов, проявляющихся при снижении пластового давления в нефтяных залежах. Результаты исследований показали значительное ухудшение фильтрационно-емкостных характеристик горных пород под действием изменения напряженно-деформированного состояния среды вследствие снижения пластового давления. Laboratory testing of core material of various deposits of Pripyat Trough were conducted at BelNIPIneft Institute for studying the influence of deformation processes which show themselves during the reduction of reservoir pressure in oil deposits. The results of the study showed a considerable deterioration of filter-capacitive characteristics of the rock under the action of the change of the stressed and strained state of the medium due to the reduction of reservoir pressure.
