Ю. В статье изложены основные вопросы, связанные с развитием эволюции военно-служилого сословия шляхты в период развития и формирования Великого княжества Литовского в XVI веке. Представители привилегированного сословия стремились к приобретению земельных латифиндий в обмен за отправления ими земской службы, связанной с защитой государства во время нашествия неприятелей. Вопросы об имущественном держании шляхты оставались самыми обсуждаемыми темами на заседаниях сеймовых сессий. Это и много другое привело к тому, что издаваемые законы в ВКЛ цели-ком и полностью защищали интересы шляхетского сословия. The main issues in the article are connected with the progress of evolutionary development of the military-service estate of gentry during the period of the development and formation of Grand Duchy of Lithuania in the XVI century. The representatives of the privileged estate tried to get latitudia for their duties for Zemstvo, dealt with the defense of the State in times of enemies' invasion. The questions of gentry's property sta-tus were the most discussed subjects at the Sejm sessions. Ю. Задача данного исследования - проследить наиболее существенные моменты в развитии шляхетской торговли на территории белорусских земель с конца XV по первую половину XVI в. Наличие сравнительно богатой исторической документации по ряду направлений исследования дает возможность вникнуть не только в «экономический смысл шляхетской торговли», но и в социальный аспект влияния феодального предпринимательства на положение других сословий. Автором рассмотрены вопросы торговли лесом и хлебом из имений шляхты и организации производства и сбыта алкогольной продукции. Рассматривая эти и другие вопросы, следует отметить тот факт, что на вальных сеймах ВКЛ представители военно-служилого сословия постоянно добивались от господаря отмены таможенных пошлин на вывоз своих товаров к прибалтийским портам. The main track of this to follow how on the wide background of historical events the gentry’s interior politics in the Grand Duchy of Lithuanian was created. It can give the answers to the existing questions of this theme and determine the dynamics of the further research. The presence of the comparatively rich historical documentation in a number of directions of investigations gives us the possibility to understand in details the general contents of the epoch in the period of formation and development of the Grand Duchy of Lithuanian. Author examined the actual questions linked with the development of the gentry-representative system and marked the problems debated by senators of on the Valni (General) Sejms. The article establishes main directions of the religious policy in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania in the late XV-XVI centu-ries. The subject deals with the beginning of the persecutions of Orthodox believers and with involving the population of the country in the long term religious struggle between the West and the East.The work shows the examples of the prop-erty donations of various persons for the benefit of the Curch. The reasons are shown and characteristics are given of Grand Duchy of Lithuania gentry's contradictions with the clergy and how that problem was solved positively for the mili-tary-service representatives.
