Направления изменения национальной стратегии устойчивого социально-экономического развития Беларуси в контексте ее гармонизации с Повесткой–2030 ООН

Abstract

Проведен анализ результатов выполнения Гомельской областью Беларуси Национальной стратегии устойчивого социально-экономического развития на период до 2030 г. за 2016–2017 гг. На основе анализа содержания НСУР 2030 определены направления ее гар­монизации с Повесткой–2030 ООН, заключающиеся в изменении целей, приоритетов и за­дач устойчивого регионального развития Беларуси, индикаторов достижения целей, процес­сов их мониторинга и управления реализацией НСУР. Это позволит гармонизировать ее с Повесткой–2030 ООН, целями устойчивого развития и иерархией их приоритетности, су­щественно усилить социальный и экологический компоненты НСУР, повысить эффектив­ность процесса мониторинга достижения целей и задач НСУР, а также интегрировать на­циональный процесс достижения ЦУР в общемировой, что повысит значение Беларуси в достижении устойчивого развития в мире.

The analysis of the results of implementing by Gomel Region of Belarus of the National Strategy of Sustainable Social and Economic Development for the period to the year 2030 is carried out considering the period of 2016–2017. Based on the analysis of the content of the National Strategy of Sustainable Development 2030 the lines of its harmonization with the UN Agenda–2030 are determined consisting in changing the goals, priorities and objectives of sustainable regional development of Belarus, indicators of achieving the goals, processes of their monitoring and management of the National Strategy of Sustainable Development implementation. This will enable to harmonize it with UN Agenda–2030, sustainable development goals and hierarchy of their priority, to significantly enhance social and ecologic components of the National Strategy of Sustainable Development, to improve the efficiency of the process of monitoring of the implementation of the goals and objectives of the National Strategy of Sustainable Development, and also to integrate national process of Sustainable Develop­ment Goals achievement into global one, which will enable to strengthen the role Belarus in achieving sustainable development in the world.
