dc.description.abstractIn modern conditions the quality and safety of food products - an important factor in guaranteeing the well-being of residents of the state. Today, consumers are able to choose from the entire spectrum of food those they consider the most responsible parameters of quality and safety. Business entities, in turn, are making every effort to maximize customer satisfaction in this area, primarily by establishing, developing control systems manufactured by them. Access to foreign markets, domestic manufacturers should seriously the issues of quality, safety products provided. Today, access to new markets, including in the states of the European Union -one of the priorities for all post-Soviet states, including Belarus. In this regard, it is important to increase the knowledge of all stakeholders of the requirements of foreign legislation on food safety.en
